P&Z Recommendation:  Thodey/Ward - "Automatically tabled to the P&Z mtg. on 10/3/11.  Vote was unanimous.
BCC ACTION: Bolin/Nelson – TABLED to the BCC mtg. on 12/1/11. Vote was unanimous.
