C Commission Room, Viera, Florida The Board of County Commissioners may approve or deny the requested classification, or may approve a classification of lesser intensity than that requested. P&Z AGENDA ITEM: DISTRICT 1 V.B.1. (Z1108101) – FRANK D. DeGEORGE - requests a change from RU-1-9 to RR-1 on property described in Section 6, Township 21, Range 35. (1.01 acres) Located on the east side of Brevard Rd., approx. 500 ft. north of Irwin Ave.; also having frontage on the west side of Turnbull Rd., approx. 500 ft. north of Irwin Ave. (3543 Brevard Rd., Mims) P&Z Recommendation: Thodey/Ward – Approved with a Binding Development Plan to limit the number of horses to one (1). Vote was unanimous. BCC ACTION: Nelson/Anderson – APPROVED, with a Binding Development Plan, recorded in ORB 6506, Pages 2866 through 2870, dated 12/19/11, to limit the number of horses to one (1).
