                                               SEPTEMBER 26, 2011, LPA AGENDA

1. An ordinance amending the Brevard County Code of Ordinances by repeal and reserving Chapter 22, Article II, Division 2, Standard Housing Code, and Division 3, Standard Existing Building Code; repeal of Chapter 22, Article III, Division 1, Modular or Pre-Fabricated Structures, and replacing with a new Division 1 titled Property Maintenance.

Parties interested in the items above may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed items. Copies will also be available for public review at the Planning and Zoning Office in Building A, Brevard County Government Center, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida.

If a person desires to appeal any decision made by this board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, such a person will need a record of the proceeding andthat, for such purposes, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, at his/her expense, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based.
