Local Planning Agency - March 21, 2010

                                                March 21, 2011, LPA AGENDA

The Brevard County Local Planning Agency (LPA) will meet on Monday, March 21, 2011, at 3:00 p.m., in the Commission Room, 1st Floor, Building C, Brevard County Government Center, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida.  In public hearing, the LPA will consider the following for recommendations to the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners.

1.  An ordinance amending Chapter 62, Article VIII, Site Plans, and Article X, Definitions, of the Land Development Code; specifically amending Section 62-3206(d)(2)(t), amending traffic parking and loading requirements for marinas; and Section 62-3661, amending definitions of boat slips.

Parties interested in the items above may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed items. Copies will also be available for public review at the Planning and Zoning Office in Building A, Brevard County Government Center, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida.

If a person desires to appeal any decision made by this board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, such a person will need a record of the proceeding andthat, for such purposes, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, at his/her expense, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based.
