62-3316 (c) (2) to permit a variance 29 sq. ft. over the maximum 7 sq.
ft. allowed for wall signage; /2/ Section 62-3316 (a) to permit a variance
of 124 sq. ft. over the maximum 14 sq. ft. allowed for total sign surface
area; and /3/ Section 62-3316 (c) (2) to permit a variance of 11 sq.
ft. over the maximum 7.54 sq. ft. allowed for an individual wall sign.
The property is zoned BU-1 and is described in Section
13, Township 27, Range 3. (0.83 acre) Located
on the north side of Eau Gallie Blvd., approx. 300 ft. west of Hwy.

Pursuant to Section 62-254, Brevard County Code, any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision of the Board of Adjustment may, within thirty (30) days after the date of the public hearing at which the decision was rendered, but not thereafter, apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate relief.
