1. WILLIAM SPIVEY – requests a variance of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code, Section 62-1334 (5) (b) to permit a variance of 10 ft. from the required 15-ft. side setback (south) for an accessory building in an AU zoning classification. The property is described in Section 3, Township 24, Range 35. (2.47 acres) Located on the west side of E.
