DISTRICT 5

 

V.A.1.  (Z1111501) – TODD J. WILLEMS – requests a CUP for Alcoholic Beverages for On-Premises Consumption in an IU zoning classification on 21.84 acres. Located on the south side of W. Eau Gallie Blvd, approx. 820 ft. west of I-95 (835 Paw Prints Ave., Melbourne)

P&Z Recommendation: Thodey/McLellan – Approved. Vote was unanimous.

BCC ACTION: Anderson/Infantini – APPROVED. Vote was unanimous. Z-11593.

 

 
B.  P&Z Board Recommendation of January 9, 2012

 

DISTRICT 1

 

V.B.1.  (11PZ-00104) – WILLOW LAKES RV PARK, INC. – (Loys Ward PLS) – requests a Small Scale Plan Amendment (12S.01) to change the Future Land Use designation from NC to CC, and a change from RVP to BU-2 on 5.0 acres, more or less.  Located at the northeast corner of Parrish Rd. & U.S. 1 (in the Titusville area)

LPA Recommendation: Thompson/McLellan – Approved.  Vote was unanimous.
P&Z Recommendation: Thompson/McLellan – Approved.   Vote was unanimous. 

BCC ACTION: Fisher/Anderson – APPROVED, with a Binding Development Plan limiting the BU-2 uses to self-storage mini-warehouses, including outside storage of boats and RV’s, and retail space to be for RV supplies and goods only. Vote was unanimous. BDP TO BE SCHEDULED AS A CONSENT ITEM ON A SUBSEQUENT BCC AGENDA, PER POLICY BCC-52. RESOLUTION NUMBER TO BE ASSIGNED UPON RECEIPT OF RECORDED BDP.
