Mulching
is another method of reducing stormwater runoff in your yard.
Because mulch is porous, it allows rainwater to seep into
the ground but forms a firm ground cover that filters pollutants
and holds soil in its place. You can get free mulch at the
county landfills in Cocoa, Titusville and Melbourne. It is
recommended that you call first to ensure avaiability.
