Unpaved Road Ordinance
(often referred to as Dirt Road Ordinance) For those of us who own lands abutting unimproved platted right-of-ways (paper roads), there exists an application process which allows a property owner to design, construct and finance a dirt road to county standards up to one quarter (1/4) mile (1,320 ft.) in length.
