Water / Wastewater Systems
If you will be installing a sewer system that will be connecting to the Brevard County System, the proper D.E.P. forms will be required with your initial submittal. If you are installing a sewer system: D.E.P. form 17-604.900(1)If you will be installing a water system: D.E.P. form 62-555.710(7) Once your plans have been approved by the Engineering Review Section of the Land Development Division, all appropriate fees along with six (6) sets of plans will need to be submitted to the Water Resources Department. Once these items have been received, your package will be forwarded to D.E.P. If you wish to maintain a private system, a written request must be made to the Water Resources Department along with two (2) 24 hour emergency contact names and phone numbers (preferably local).
