All credit/debit card transactions are provided as a service through Point And Pay, Inc. Point & Pay charges a convenience/processing fee to utilize their service based on the fee total which is included in the total credit/debit card payment amount. Please refer to the fee structure below. Payment Amount Fee $.01 - $50.00 .....................................$ 2.00 $50.01 - $100.00...............................$ 2.95 Each additional $100 or portion.....$ 2.00 thereof up to $1,000 Each additional $1,000 or ..............$25.00 portion thereof

The Board of County Commissioners does not receive any money from this convenience fee. Convenience fees are collected by the credit card processing company and credit card companies. |
Residential and commercial impact fees are assessed on new development in unincorporated and incorporated areas of the County. The fees support needed infrastructure of new growth. Impact fees include: transportation, emergency services, fire/rescue, correctional facilities, library, educational facilities, and solid waste which vary according to agreements with municipalities within the County. Impact fee applications, also known as a Form A, need to be submitted for all commercial projects throughout the County and new residential development permitted in municipalities, as required by interlocal agreements. Please click on the "Forms & Fees" link below for the application/Form A which is available in PDF format and can be filled out electronically then printed, signed, and submitted.
Please allow up to 5 days for commercial reviews.
Payments can be made for Permitting and Development fees by Personal Checks (Photo ID required), Cash, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks or Credit Card. Please include your Permit or Application Number with all your payments and correspondence. Checks are to be payable to "Board of County Commissioners".
