Driveway, Rights-of-Way Permitting & Inspections

Construction Inspection Permitting and Inspections reviews, issues, and inspects work occuring within the County rights-of-way and easements.  This also includes residential driveways and utility installations.  Commercial properties within a City that require connection to a County roadway are also required to enter into this process.

The primary function of this process is to insure project design and subsequent work performed within the County rights-of-way and/or easements meets current design standards and County regulations.  Also, part of this process is the review of proposed residential driveway culvert installations to protect the operation of drainage systems by insuring that the proper grade is proposed as to not reduce the functionality of the drainage system in the area.
