The Brevard County Citizens Academy is provided through the County Manager’s Office.

  • The Academy is a learning forum intended to provide participants with insight on how county government works; promote open lines of communication between citizens and County staff; provide information on how citizens can easily utilize the services offered by County Government; and provide a realistic and a clearer understanding of County Government.
  • The Academy is provided free of charge as a service to the community to persons 18 years of age or older.
  • One Academy program was held in spring 2010; due to budgetary constraints, Brevard County was unable to offer a fall 2010 Academy program. The program is being re-evaluated. Please check back for an update late Spring 2012.
