CITY OF TITUSVILLE

The City of Titusville operates a primary PSAP with five (5) answering positions servicing five (5) incoming 9-1-1 trunks.

The staff consists of 16 personnel including supervisors. The staff uses Positron "Lifeline" 9-1-1 terminal equipment with 30-button IAP Plus Workstations.

A 32-channel digital logging recorder is used to record 9-1-1 calls and each answering position is equipped with instant playback recorders.

Spectracomm Netclock equipment is installed to provide for master timing of 911 hardware.
