CITY OF INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH

The City of Indian Harbour Beach is a primary PSAP, located at 2055 South Patrick Drive. Point of contact is Bryan Foster at (321)773-3030. The staff consists of three (3) Telecommunication positions; five (5) wireline and three (3) wireless dedicated 9-1-1 incoming trunks. Total staffing consists of four (4) full time staff including supervisors.

The staff utilizes the Positron "Lifeline" terminal equipment with three 30-button IAP Plus Workstations. The system uses a 9-1-1 digital logging recorder with the capability of recording up to 16-channels and has the use of instant playback recorders at each call taker position.

Spectracomm Netclock equipment is installed to provide for master timing of 911 hardware.

The city handled a total of 2,344 emergency calls in the last fiscal year. The following chart depicts the call loading for the last three (3) fiscal years:
