![]() CITY OF INDIALANTICThe City of Indialantic is a secondary PSAP, located at 220 Fifth Avenue. Point of contact is Sgt. Mike Casey at (321)723-7788. The staff consists of four (4) Telecommunication positions with three (3)wireline and three (3) wireless dedicated 9-1-1 incoming trunks. Total staffing consists of four (4) full time staff including supervisors. Operators at this center are certified emergency medical dispatchers capable of giving pre-arrival instructions to callers. The equipment consists of Positron "Lifeline" 9-1-1 terminal equipment with seven 60-button IAP Plus Workstations, a 32-channel digital logging recorder, and instant playback recorders. Spectracomm Netclock equipment is installed to provide for master timing of 911 hardware. This center received 40,931 9-1-1 calls in FY 1997/98.
